Billy and his sister Mirna continue the fun, heartaches and mischief in the latest book in the Billy series. This time, Billy and Ice announce their wedding date. while Mirna has some news of a more somber nature guaranteed to harsh Billy and Ice's buzz. Of course, the moratorium on sex is not helping matters any for anybody.
