So, How Does That Make You Feel‪?‬

EMOTIONS...anger, sadness, happiness, frustration, grief. We all have them, we can't escape them, no one is immune. But how do you let them out? Keeping them locked inside will eventually destroy even the strongest. There are so many ways to address and express emotions through physical activity, intellectual pursuits, writing, creative arts, and music, just to name a few. This book represents a release, broken down by emotions, through poetry. This is just one way to express but I hope it inspires you to find your release, your peace!
