So Now You Own a Home..‪.‬

Every house should come with an owner’s manual.  You get handed the keys, and a pat on the back.  This book is the start of your owner’s manual.  Each chapter is about a “system” in your home, the electrical system, the water system, the heating and cooling system, etc.  It tries to make sense of these “systems” so that when something seems to have gone wrong, you can figure out the reason. I wrote this book for my daughters.  They are at that age when they are buying their first homes. I truly hope it is helpful to you.
