A trip to the beach house
Michelle just finished college, is done with men, and plans to spend a quiet week at her friend’s family lake house. Drew Wright’s football teammate offered him his girlfriend’s family cabin for the week and due to a storm he and Michelle are stuck there together. Drew and Michelle have a past history and lies her former boyfriend told Drew led him to think of her as a jersey chasing princess while Michelle hates Drew for humiliating her and breaking her heart. They are still attracted to each other and he helps her deal with her past trauma. Will they reconnect after spending time together or will the past keep them apart?
I enjoyed this well written story about a couple who had been driven apart by lies who had to spend time together and deal with their issues. I loved Michelle’s line about it being wrong to want him but it felt so Wright, as a play on his last name. Their fight for dominance was fun to read about and Drew’s actions at the end were great.The epilogue was a perfect ending for their story.

Enemies to lovers romance
This is the third in the So Far, So Good New Adult series. Michelle Anders has just graduated college and she needs to get away. Her friend Elizabeth (from the first book in the series), let’s her use her Lake house. Of course, unbeknownst to either Elizabeth or Michelle, Elizabeth’s boyfriend let his teammate, Drew Wright, use the cabin as well. Drew has also just graduated and has been drafted by the NFL, so he needs some peace and quite before the craziness begins. Of course, Drew and Michelle have a past, and they currently hate each other. Nature rears its ugly head and they cannot leave the cabin for a week. I liked Drew’s character, but Michelle was a little annoying. I realize they are just out of college, but she seemed a bit immature. This is a short, easy read and can be read as a stand-alone.
