Soft Water Utilities v. Richard L. Lefevre

This cause arises upon petition to transfer and presents one issue for our determination: Whether it is an abuse of the trial courts equitable discretion to change the date of ruling upon a motion to correct errors when there is a proper showing of reasons justifying such relief. We hold that it is not.
