This 'book' is a complete ripoff and should not be offered for sale here. It's only a few pages long, and repeatedly says 'Attend our seminar to get the answer.' This is not just a waste of money, it's a complete fraud. Worthless advertising that they dupe you into paying money for. These authors should be prohibited from perpetrating this deception.
