Torture
I dont exactly why i do this to myself. I pick up this book, knowing very well i may die laughing, right before going to bed. I named this review "torture", and i think i should explain why.
1. it was an emotional rollercoaster (one minute i was laughing so hard my mom snatched the book out of my hands because it was late at night and she wanted to see why the heck i was laughing so loud, then im crying..no, weeping....then i return after a minute to laughing like a maniac)
2. Having read "Hyperbole and a half" already, it was sad to see how the author's life had changed....but it was still funny as heck
3. The stories are...very relatable. Which at this point im not sure is necessarily a good thing... (but,as proven in this book, makes for a couple holarious storys)
overall, I would recommend this book to alnost everyone I know... (i say almost everyone because I have already recommended the first book to most people i know like three times at least and I dont want to annoy them toooooo much) If i have children, this will be one of the first books i read them...(they'll be fine i promise lol) Thank you, noble author, for bestowing these magical tales upon us.
Amazing
Loved this experience. I kept handing it to my wife as I read to share different sections and stories.
Extreme Marvelousness
I could not put it down. But obviously I had to sleep and feed myself and do other things.
