Good for toddler age and problems
Was hoping for more info on infant sleep
It Works!
I began reading this book when my daughter was 3 months and sleeping in 2 hour increments. After a long two weeks her sleep cycles lengthened and by 5 months slept 10 hours every night in her own bed. Same for my youngest daughter, I stuck to Dr. Ferber's book and she is 7 months now and sleeps 11 hours a night in her own bed. Its not easy but his suggestions and theories work.
Used many times
The information in the book is so great. It addresses so many sleep issues and different ages. It really lets you reason the research with what works for you. Any one who just gives an overlapping bad review with no information, did not read this book. It really helped me understand my children and implement sleep boundaries so I didn't loose my mind.
