Superb
Or, as Wolfe would say, quite satisfactory.
An early Nero Wolfe novel, and my personal favorite, that is notable for several reasons. It is one of the few Wolfe stories that take Wolfe out of the brownstone. Indeed, the entirety of the story occurs outside of New York City. Further, it features the first appearance of Archie's long-time lady-friend Lily Rowan.

Seventy something years later and this still amazes. These re releases with intros are fantastic. Totally worth the 5 bucks!
