Some Dreams Must Change

A Jewish writer struggles to reconcile artistic ambition with emotional survival. By night, he works as a security guard; by day, he endures a marriage slowly collapsing under anger, disappointment, and cultural distance. His dream of becoming a successful writer remains unrealized, even as he obsessively records his life and the people around him, using writing as both escape and self-examination.

Haunted by depression and loneliness, his fragile routine is disrupted when he meets a young woman who offers desire, attention, and the possibility of a different life. Torn between loyalty, temptation, and fear of moral failure, he is forced to confront his own faith and morals.
