Someplace Better

Roy LeBlanc studied Liberal Arts and Social Science at Tulane University, graduating with a Master of Liberal Arts in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in 1990. Roy has served as President of a New Orleans Hospital Board, President of a Community College Foundation, and held political office in Louisiana. In 1990 he delivered a commencement address at Tulane University College. Later he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humanities degree from Baptist Christian College recognizing leadership in education administration. He currently works in finance. 


This is Roy's second book. His fi rst book is The Creole Son. 


Desmond Dupree is torn between two exciting career opportunities, work as a Wall Street Investment banker or pilot Navy fighter jets. He picks Wall Street because he is tired of being poor. Desmond is determined to do great things. He achieves more than he ever dreamed possible.
