A Twisted Beginning

Reminds me a bit of Nora Flite's new book After Our Kiss because of it being about two children dealing with a twisted adult. I have a feeling this prequel doesn't even touch on the deep trauma Jay and Robin went through. I definitely recommend reading this before Forget Me Not, I have a feeling it'll only enhance this heartbreaking tale.

Something to Remember

The story just started! Ended abruptly! REALLY??

Horrible short story. I don’t want to read anymore…

If you are looking for romance, this is not the story. It actually doesn’t make much sense either, not enough here to evaluate why the kids are where they are and what the father is doing to abuse the son.

TWO SOULS ENTWINED

"Something To Remember" and the short peek into "Forget Me Not" lures you into the lives of Robin and Jay. It will tug your heart strings as you turn the pages to learn about their suffering and love.

Impressive beginning to a moving story that is sure to keep you intrigued until the end. A bit of reality strikes a chord in this book which is quite impressive. Loved the characters. The author's passion and her gift of flowing words shine through in this short. I found this to be a most gratifying read {I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy.} Without reservations, I recommend this book.

Intense and emotional

For a prequel this is about as perfect as it gets. Intense, emotional and sets the scene for Forget Me Not, which is an incredible read.

Something To Remember

I loved this prequel to Forget Me Not. I loved hearing how it all began. "Listen to me and she stays safe." Wow, these words from Jay's Dad makes him know he needs to protect Robin, after all she's younger. Loved getting parts of Forget Me Not that we don't get in the book and that this story intros us into the next book with a few chapters of it. If you haven't read Willow Winters, now is the time to start. I highly recommend this book and I always get any book with her name on it.

Phenomenal

This is a prequel to Forget Me Not and I highly recommend you read it to get the back story on the main characters. This made you feel the pain of the male main character.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
