Soul Stuff came as a result of 45 days spent focusing on uncovering all of the gloriously messy, raw, and beautifully un-beautiful soul stuff bubbling inside. Through poetry and art, one woman wrote with no agenda. As she poured out the very imaginings of herself, Soul Stuff would be the result. This book is an invitation to all who are longing to access the things that you’re afraid to say out loud. Things that are simmering below the surface, desperately screaming to be manifested, whether through laughter or tears.
