Best Southern foods anywhere!

This book contains the best collection of southern foods I have found. We have tried many of the recipes in this book and have not been disappointed yet. There are a variety of recipes for several different courses (appetizer, soups, main courses, desserts, etc.) Surprisingly, there are even a few recipes suitable for those on low-fat or low-carb diets. Most are not that difficult to prepare even for the novice cook, but a few are clearly better suited for those more experienced in the kitchen. If you are craving some good Southern comfort food, this book is for you.
