Space Exploration Corps

Veteran explorer Sandra badly needs a break, and joins a longer mission of minimum ten years on the Explorer 5, the first starship to leave to Sol System to visit the potentially habitable exoplanets in the early days of Space Exploration Corps. Red dwarfs being the most common in the universe, the mission won't be easy.

A years-long mission to explore the small quadrant of space we currently inhabit, in search of a Sun-like star with a terrestrial planet to settle upon.
