The final book in the Space Explorer multitouch series looks at the future of space exploration – both in the short term, with a round-up of future missions and spacecraft; and in the longer term, as we turn our gaze to the Earth-like planets that we know must exist far beyond the solar system. The book concludes with a look at how humans might get there. The odds are still heavily stacked against us – but, given how far we've come in the last 100 years, who would bet against us finding a way?
