No one mentioned getting stranded in the outer solar system.
They sure as heck didn’t mention alien space pirates!
Wil Calder is a human, the only one to leave our solar system.
But that was years ago.
Now, he’s a lonely smuggler, looking for a crew, because space is lonely and boring. Just a few folks to boss around once in a while, is that so much?
He’s finally found two perfect candidates. First, he’ll need to break them out of jail.

I stumbled on this book accidentally while at sea, and was completely enthralled by it. Reference to Science fiction pop culture, specifically Firefly, hooked me. Anyone that gets Firefly knows good sci-fi. The book was fast paced and exciting with hero characters that jump right into your heart. I can’t wait to read more.
A good versus evil storyline with good winning. The good characters are not perfect, but decent beings. Characters developed along with the story. Disappointed that the book ends. A mixture of believable science fiction and pop culture. What happens when plans are made and then life occurs. I recommend this to anyone.
A good read
