This book is an excellent overview of the benefits of exercise on any number or brain functions, not just improving learning. Anything controlled by the brain can be influenced by exercise, as evidenced from this book.

Ratey's book is well-written and informative. He balances a nice tone of story-telling with facts and science. I recommend this book to all Educators who need to see the role of regular exercise within any good school program.
