Bexley Arden is perfectly imperfect, from her scruffy boots to her chipped tooth – the poster anti-sweetheart. Since her ex-husband cheated on her, she’s focused on avoiding her therapist and boss, and writing psychology articles in whisky bars to keep from getting fired. Why bother with therapy when she can find it in a hot female form, in a different bed each time?

When a dare goes terribly wrong, Bexley unwittingly ends up on a dating app. She thinks nothing could be a worse idea but reluctantly goes along for the ride to appease her annoying family. With a milestone birthday approaching, a meddling family, and a mission to free an innocent man from jail with her lawyer friend, Bexley simply doesn’t have the interest (or the time!) for a relationship.
