Spiritsong

This book is a collection of poetry, essays and recipes inspired by life experiences. They cover a span of sixty-eight years from humble beginnings in a small North Dakota town to time with my great-grandchild. The grief process is a recurring them from loss to recovery. It leads to discovery of the beauty in life with meaningful purpose. Legacies preserve a necessary scene of dignity enhancing the ability to age gracefully.
