Buy it, trust me it’s amazing!
To say that I have read a lot of books is quite an understatement. I got into reading about six years ago and Chasing Red (another amazing book by this author that you need to read) was one of the first books that converted my hatred of reading to love. I have followed this author since Chasing Red was still updating on Wattpad. I have never in my life followed a story like I have with Veronica and Caleb’s and Kara and Cam’s. From changing the title of Chasing Red (rip Bad Boy Loves Red) to changing Kara’s name (rip double Cams). One could say that I am biased since I have been following these books for so long but when I say that Spitfire in Love is an absolute must read, I mean it. I usually don’t give many reviews but when I saw that there were none on here for this masterpiece, I just had to voice my opinion. The way that Isabelle Ronin writes the tragically beautiful love story of Kara and Cam is heart wrenchingly beautiful. Her writing makes you fall in love with both characters and all of the supporting characters as well. The entire story you are just waiting for them to break down each other’s walls and tell each other everything they need to say (especially Cam). This story is one with an amazing lead woman that is extremely likable (unlike many YA novels out there) and a love interest that just makes your heart melt and want to protect him at all costs but also makes you wonder where the hell is your own Cam. When I say that this story has my entire heart, I mean it. Both Chasing Red and Spitfire in Love are amazing books that deserve to be recognized. I can’t wait for the sequel (when I say I’m constantly checking my Wattpad notifications to see if she updated a new chapter I mean it) and anything else Isabelle Ronin has to offer.
If you were looking at the reviews to see if you should purchase this book, I say that it is definitely worth the money and more. This book will take your heart on an emotional journey that will leave you just as obsessed as I am.
Give this book a chance, it’s amazing.
