surprised me
This is from a book club, and I didn’t expect it to be as interesting as it is. The alternative history genre doesn’t usually appeal to me. This book captivated me. I read it on Apple Books and the lookup and translation functions helped a lot. I was surprised by the ending…I’m not sure how I feel about it now.
