Two college friends moved to Hollywood
Becky Robinson is a wannabe actress and
her friend is a wannabe producer.
Instead they end up working at a movie
studio as gofer.
A stand in actress is murder while housesitting
for an actress away on a shoot. The scene
was set to look like suicide.
Enter the wannabes as they take up investigating
the supposed suicide. Soon the situation is
declared as murder with Detective Cornelius, the
investigator. He warns the wannabes to stay
out of his investigation but to know avail
Soon it comes to light that a certain tea set that
is being stolen and sold on the black market is
essential to the situation
Multiple murders, robberies, kidnapping, Becky’s
father hung upside down in a warehouse, a gala
with bidding on stole artifacts plus a whole lot of
hilarious shenanigans make this an enjoyable
read. Loved visiting the homes of the rich with
all the details presented.
I enjoyed the twists and turns throughout the
book as they kept me glued to my seat.
This is book # 2 in the Hollywood Whodunit Mystery
series. It can be read as a stand alone as the
author presents the past into the present effortlessly
