Stardust Stories - Overcoming Adversity

This book is not a work of fiction. The details I share are from my own life, growing up in an environment of reoccurring abuse in many aspects during my childhood and adolescence. 
These experiences affected - and to some extent still affect - my relationships throughout adulthood. 
The lessons I have learned stay with me, and the strength, courage, and survival strategies I write about remain after the worst adversities imaginable have come and gone. 
This book describes situations universally; although every person experiences abuse differently, enough studies have shown similar behavior among the victims. 
I do not endeavor to explore these but rather to present my own experiences and how I dealt with each, positive and negative, in my own way. 
The person I am today results from a resilience that I cannot explain the origin of - But it does not matter - I am still here to tell my Stardust stories. 
There is no definite happy ending; good outcomes, yes, but I am still living and learning, stumbling and getting up, still becoming, and I have no intention of giving up on myself just yet!
