In February of 1957 appellee, Schwab, filed an application with the State Board of Dispensing Opticians for a license as a dispensing optician pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1671 et seq. The application was denied. On appeal to the superior court the boards decision was reversed, the court ordering the board to issue a license to Schwab as provided by law. This appeal by the board followed.
