Publisher Description
A provision in the Constitution of the State of West Virginia which provides that a person will be ineligible for the office of Governor during the term after the second of two consecutive terms does not violate the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States because it creates no invidious class distinction, does not unreasonably restrict the franchise, and serves a rational public policy.
