State Idaho v. Dale H. Viehweg

Per Curiam Dale H. Viehweg pled guilty to lewd conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen, a felony, I.C. § 18-1508. He received a unified twenty-year sentence with a minimum period of confinement of five years. Viehweg appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence and from the district court's denial of his I.C.R. 35 motion. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
