State My Name

The United States are having a party and everyone is invited, including you! All the states will be there as well as the District of Columbia.

The theme for the party is a guessing game. Each of the states is wearing a disguise. On each state's disguise is a nametag. The nametag has two clues to the state's identity, based on that state's nicknames.
