State Nebraska v. James D. Walker

Claiming that the trial court should have sustained his motion to suppress evidence obtained from a bedroom he was temporarily
occupying in a friend's home, James D. Walker appeals his conviction for illegal possession of methamphetamine. We affirm the finding of the district court for Douglas County that the evidence upon which Walker was convicted was legally
seized.
