State Tennessee v. Frank Anthony Barnard

On November 13, 1992, the appellant, Frank A. Barnard, was found guilty of first-degree murder, felony murder, aggravated
robbery and aggravated sexual battery. 1 Appellant received life imprisonment on the murder charge which ran concurrently
with an eight-year sentence for aggravated robbery, but consecutively to a ten-year sentence for aggravated sexual battery.
The trial court subsequently granted appellant's motion for new trial on the aggravated robbery count. On appeal, the following
issues are presented for our review: I.
