State Utah v. George Ray Neeley

PROCEEDINGS. - Neeley was tried before Judge Banks, who had earlier prosecuted him. Neeley moved to disqualify Judge Banks, but his motion was denied. Problems with the recording equipment made a complete transcript of the preliminary hearing unavailable, but Neeleys motion for a new preliminary hearing was denied. Neeley was convicted of burglary, theft, and criminal trespass.
