State v. Gabriel

1 Mark Gabriel appeals a judgment of conviction for obstructing an officer, contrary to WIS. STAT.946.41. Gabriel contends that there was insufficient evidence to convict him, that evidence admitted at trial was unduly prejudicial, and that the jury instructions were misleading.
