State V. Koenig

The encounter between Koenig, R.P., and J.L. came to light because of a subsequent report of a sexual assault of R.P. by one
or more other males which occurred a few hours after R.P.'s meeting with Koenig. Following this assault, R.P. was taken to
a medical center for a sexual assault examination.
