State v. Morrison

Before BROWN, STEWART & PEATROSS, JJ. Defendant, Rodney Morrison, was convicted of aggravated rape, a violation of La. R.S. 14:42 and was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole probation, or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals. For the reasons stated herein, the conviction and sentence of Defendant are affirmed.
