State v. Owens

1 Antonio Owens appeals judgments convicting him of being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, obstructing an officer, and mistreatment of an animal. He also appeals the order denying his post-conviction motion. The issues are whether he received effective assistance from his trial counsel, and whether he should receive a new trial in the interest of justice. We affirm.
