State v. Vandeberg

1 Keith C. Vandeberg appeals from the orders denying his motions for conditional release and post-conviction relief. Vandeberg argues that the record does not support the circuit courts finding that he continues to be a danger to himself or others, and that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it considered the statutory factors and denied his motion for conditional release. Because we conclude that the circuit court properly exercised its discretion under WIS. STAT.§ 971.17(4) (2007-08), we affirm.
