State v. Watson

Defendant-appellant Louis Kalani Watson (Watson) appeals from the June 29, 2000 judgment of the circuit court of the second circuit, the Honorable Shackley F. Raffetto presiding, convicting Watson of and sentencing him for (1) promoting a dangerous drug in the first degree, in violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 712-1241(1)(a)(i) (1993), and (2) two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, in violation of HRS § 329-43.5(a) (1993).
