State v. Widder

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: Appellant, Robert F. Widder, appeals from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to seal the official records in his case pursuant to R.C. 2953.52. We reverse and remand.
