Proving her innocence
Suspenseful till the very end in this short novella for Penny when trying to prove her innocence with the help from Austin. Loved their past connection and the age difference, especially how it’s dealt with in a jokingly manner. I like how all these short stories are lightly integrated at some small point with one person to the next.

This book is part of the States of Love series. You can read it as a standalone is the connection to other books is minor. Austin and Penny's story is a short, steamy reverse age gap romance.
