In the cosmic realm, peace reigned among the cocreator gods until one Ascended Master's mind gets twisted and he decides that he is the one and only God. Decision made to overthrow High Council, he creates an army, the Econtra Lumen. To become almighty, he shatters Universal Stargate 11, but his plan went wrong. Instead of taking over, he creates the Phantom Matrix, and falls. Now a Fallen Angelic, he is trapped within this black hole of cosmic waste. High Council embarks on a risky mission to repair the Stargate sending into the universe an overload of energy that threatens all existence. A contract sealed in Stygian Flame limits the Fallen Angelic, obliging him to play by certain rules. One of the clauses, include John Henry, who must return to Haiti where a voodoo ritual was performed. There he must retrieve a beating heart, return to Parinacota, Chile to stab it upon a little wooden table that drags itself and steal souls for the Fallen. If John Henry cannot do this by the dawn of the Thirteenth Realm, the twisted angelic wins. The stakes are high as ancient powers clash in a battle for cosmic supremacy and the survival of planet Earth. On John Henry's quests he must teach 12 strand DNA activation to keep the poles from shifting, he gets help and wisdom from Pacal Votan, is held captive by evil Knan and falls in love with Lily.
