Dennis Rainey hosts FamilyLife Today®, a nationally syndicated broadcast bringing help and hope to nearly 1000 communities in the U.S. He also serves as president of FamilyLife® in Little Rock, Arkansas. He and his wife, Barbara, have written numerous books, including Parenting Today’s Adolescent. They have six children and a growing group of happy grandchildren.

It Taught Me to Be A Man
This was an encouraging book that challenged me in practical ways to become the leader of my family. Specifically the "Manhood Step" opened my eyes to things I was neglecting as head of my home. From house hold projects, to leading in crucial areas such as finances, this book provided insight and encouragement in how to lead my home.
In addition, this book challenged me to be open minded to being mentored, mentoring others and, ultimately, becoming a patriarch for my future grand kids.
