This book is not about some out of reach, unattainable, unaffordable marketing tool or strategy. Instead, it is about what every business could already be including in their marketing programs – using stickers to build identity, create word-of-mouth and ultimately increase sales.
It is a quick read with a message that sticks (excuse the pun) because it has insightful interviews, an interesting history of stickers, excellent examples and great case studies that show how organizations and businesses in a variety of industries are effectively using stickers.
Stick This! focuses on marketing programs using stickers and includes useful information such as: how stickers increase word-of-mouth marketing, how to connect with existing customers, how to attract new customers, how to build community, how to build identity and brand, how to increase your exposure and more.
If the reader needs more detail on how to create an effective sticker so that it is effectively marketing for their business, the book covers that too with tips for effective designs, distribution, printing and types of stickers for various applications.
And I have to mention how much I love the title, Stick This!. It sets the tone for a fun read which it does deliver.
Note to the author: I see another book that is like the Chicken Soup series, filled with case studies of how stickers are working for businesses, submitted by businesses. When you write this one I’ll send how we are currently using stickers and the results of our boosted sticker campaign as a result of reading this book.
