Stiermarken Conspiracy

The story begins in Normandy in 1944 and then moves to England in 1982, where Robert Wyndham, a solicitor in a small market town, discovers his connection to the French Resistance, stolen Nazi gold and an evil organisation looking to kill him and his close family.
