Cougarville's mechanic, and resident Alpha fox, shelters a mysterious woman who ignites his protective animal instincts when evil forces try to tear them apart.
Jo Ferrell has been cast out of her home for reasons she doesn’t understand. The grey streak in her hair is gone, her body is younger, and there’s an ominous shadow chasing her. With nowhere else to go, Jo finds shelter in a shed whose owner she wants nothing to do with—but he’s too much to resist.
Reese Cooper has never felt a pull towards a woman like he does towards Jo and his Fox is desperate to claim her as their mate. After offering her a place to stay, Reese finds it difficult to resist his beautiful new roommate. But when dark magic threatens their happiness, Reese will use all of his strength to protect the woman he loves…if he’s not too late.
Stone Cold Fox is a fun, sexy, exciting read from Evangeline Anderson that will make readers want to revisit Cougarville again and again.
*Author's Note: Though I have tried to handle the subject sensitively, certain events in this book may make anyone with a history of past abuse upset. Please read responsibly.*
Each book in this series leaves you ready for more! It is written in a way that each book stands alone but when you read all three they tie together beautifully! Characters you end up wanting to know more! Evangeline is my favorite Author & like her Kindred books I hope there are many many more in the Cougarville Series!
#3 in an awesome series
Another great story! I loved both Reese & Jo. Reese was super sweet and understanding. Jo was stronger than she knew (even with her past). As always Fiona is the glue. Glad to see Jase's wolf pack entering the fray. Very exciting with crazy, creepy villains and super hot sex scenes. I still wish I could sign up
Love the series!
Lovin this series! Love how each one is different. In this one he's a fox and she's a witch. She doesn't even know that shifters exist and doesn't believe that she could be one too. Has a mysterious thing/man that's evil in the woods. Love how the author mixes it all up so you never know what to expect. Even though this is the 3rd in the series, you don't necessarily have to read the other ones but you'll miss out the different characters backgrounds and some explanations. Highly recommend for shifter lovers. Reviewed for NetGalley.
