Captain Mark Kenslir dies a horrible death in the bowels of a secret government base in 1962. Somehow he returns to life- with amazing strength and the ability to resist injury. After being cleared to return to duty, Kenslir finds himself in Laos, investigating the disappearance of a patrol.
