Stories from the Heart

The Nurse-Family Partnership at the Visiting Nurse Association of St. Luke's in Bethlehem Pennsylvania began to serve low-income, first time mothers and their babies in 2001. Currently, the team of 11 nurses is serving over 250 families. These are a few of the inspirational stores of the nurses and the families of the NFP.
