Mario DeLuca and Howard Blitz, two detectives from the Eighth District in New Orleans, are known for their unorthodox methods. In this fourth installment of the True Blue Detective series, our trusty duo is back at it again as they throw traditional crime-solving techniques out the window in pursuit of justice on the streets.
