Great Second Chance Romance!
In a sense, Stripped is a second chance romance, but it's not a stereotypical second chance romance by any means. There just aren't sufficient words to describe Stripped; it left me wowed and speechless! From the first pages, I was gripped. The plot reeled me in quickly and kept me reading straight through to the end!
The characters were complex, well developed, and mostly likable. Jonathan seems to be a typical playboy heir to billions, but it quickly becomes apparent that there is so much more to him than that. Cassie is is his first love, now a stripper. It's clear that they are still very much in love with each other, despite what tore them apart in the past. However, Cassie is married to a man who beats her, and Jonathan is risking being disowned by buying the strip club where Cassie works. It seems as though the universe is conspiring against them. Can they put the past behind them? Do they have a future together?
This is the first book in the Stripped series, and it also has crossovers with other Ferro series by HM Ward. It is a MUST READ. I am totally hooked and can't wait for the next book in this series to find out what becomes of Jon and Cassie! I highly recommend this book and series!

He's swoon worthy, yummy, sexy and a hero all at once. He's damaged and it makes him that much sexier. And Cassie, yes!!! A strong heroine who's not a weak little thing. She started off naive but truly believing in what she wants which makes her head strong, add in the mess of "her story" and you just love her that much more. She's a fighter, they are worth each other! LOVE and can not wait for stripped #2!
Hello, Little Ferro
I love all of H.M.Wards books! I try to read every one of them if I can. I love the way she draws you in and takes you on an emotion roller coaster! This was another one of my favorites from her. I love how Cassie is so sweet and innocent. Jon is of course a full on Ferro. I believe there is a softer side to him than others though. I think that's why I liked this story so much. I love his cocky attitude and the fact that he is crazy about Cassie and she has no idea. I'm looking forward to seeing how their story continues to go. They have so much history. Will that keep them from being together? Not to mention Cassie's own person demons she is fighting. I cannot wait for Stripped 2!!
