Stuart T. Gerstacker v. Blum Consulting Engineers

Stuart T. Gerstacker appeals a summary judgment for Blum Consulting Engineers, Inc. in this suit based on an employment relationship. In eight points of error, Gerstacker contends that the trial court erred in (i) striking Gerstackers summary judgment affidavit, and (ii) granting Blums motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.
