Thoren Falk is the heart and soul behind Falk's Fikabröd, the beloved Swedish bakery in Deepwood Mountain. But to me, he's so much more—the shy, older Viking of my dreams with icy blue eyes and rugged hands that make my stomach do cartwheels.
